Will all the products I received in my box be available for purchase? Not all products will be available for purchase however if you found yourself wanting to purchase a product we do not sell on The Pleasure Pantry Shop please email us at email@example.com. We will be happy to find the product and arrange for purchase.
How soon will I receive my order? Most orders will ship between 5-7 business days. Once shipped you will receive email notification and tracking information.
Do you except returns/exchanges? Due to the intimate nature of most products we cannot take returns/exchanges. If there is an issue with a product you received please email us immediately and let us know. We are happy to help you and take great pride in our excellent customer service.
Do you ship to PO Boxes/APO? Yes! We ship to both PO Boxes, and APO Addresses.
Do you ship Internationally? Yes! Although we do not ship internationally for our subscription boxes we can ship our products internationally.
Is shipping Free? Yes! Shipping on all orders for U.S. delivery is FREE.
